Beautiful Gracie, a 2 year old little girl from Stourbridge has been diagnosed with neuroblastoma, a rare, aggresive form of cancer. Gracie and her family desperately need to raise funds to get life saving treatment in America after her UK treatment has finished. The treatment overseas can greatly benefit Gracies chances of this cancer not returning. As a mother of two young children myself, this story of a local family really hit hard. It is completly unimaginable and nobody should ever have to experience this. I feel it is important for us all as a community to come together and support this family. I can’t imagine how desperate they must feel to raise this money to save their daughters life and this family need our help in doing so. I will be running Manchesters Half-Marathon on 21st May and am hoping to raise £3,000. All money raised will go directly to the family.
